Marquees
How long does it take to put up a Marquee? An average time it take around 4hrs per 40ft x 20ft Marquee then another couple of hours to dress the inside.
Do you put up the Marquee on the day? Usually the marquee is erected a couple of days before to allow you to dress the inside, unless its a frame hire only which can be done on the day.
Will the Marquee make a mess of my lawn? We always try to make sure to minimise the amount of mess however we can never forecast the british weather. Grass is very resilient tough stuff and normally only takes a few weeks to recover.
What happens when it rains? Rain is a product of the condensation of atmospheric water vapour that is deposited on the earth's surface. It forms when separate drops of water fall to the Earth's surface from clouds. Oh, and your marquees are completely waterproof with a rain skirt to take the water away from the base.
When do you take down the Marquee? Normally we take down the Marquee within 24-48 hrs of the function.
Does the ground need to be flat? Our Marquees will sit on uneven surfaces however for your guests comfort we recommend marking out the area and getting some sand or bark to even out the ground as much as possible. This is essential for chairs, tables and dance floor.
Do you have insurance? We carry full public liability insurance
Are your Marquees fire rated? Yes all our marquees are fire rated
Are your prices subject to Vat? Marquee prices are subject to VAT at the current rate, Bouncy Castles and games are inclusive of VAT.

What areas are covered? We cover all the CA postcode areas.
Do you have a free delivery policy? We offer free local delivery with 10 miles of Aspatria. Areas outside of this will be subject to small delivery charge. However if we have multiple drops on the same day we will endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum or where possible free.
What happens if it rains? As much as we would love to be able to control the weather, we can`t We regret Bouncy Castle hire cannot take place with persistent or heavy rain, Light showers are ok.
Do you have indoor Castles too? Yes we have both indoor and outdoor
Am I allowed to build my own package and do you offer a discount? Yes feel free to select any of the products where possible we will try to offer a discount.
What Insurance do you hold? We have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
How can you ensure my childs safety? Every Castle is set up, staked down and sanitised. We then supply you with a set of safety do`s and dont`s . As the hirer you are responsible to follow the do`s & Dont`s to ensure safe play once we leave.
Do you offer a supervision service? We can offer you a supervision service at a per hour charge. Call for Details.
What age are the soft play suitable for? Softplay shapes are suitable from 12 months to 10yrs. Ball pools and 11x8 castle is up to 7yrs.
